At Inkmelit, we want you to vibe with every piece you order. But if something doesn’t feel right, no stress, we’ve got a simple 5-day return and exchange system to keep things smooth.

Order Modification & Cancellation

Changed your mind? Happens.

You can modify or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
After 12 hours, your order goes into processing mode and can’t be changed—so ping us ASAP if you need help.

Return & Exchange Eligibility

Here’s what we accept:

Return/exchange within 5 days of delivery.
Items should be unworn, unwashed, with tags intact, and in original packaging—basically, the same condition you got them in.
Accessories, freebies, and promo items can’t be returned or exchanged.
A handling fee of ₹150 applies for all returns/exchanges per product.

Sale & Festive Products

Sale steals & festive products are final.
No returns or exchanges on discounted or special-offer items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Got something damaged or not what you ordered? We’ve got your back.

Reach out to us immediately.
To fast-track your claim, you must record an unboxing video — it helps us resolve issues quickly and efficiently.

Refunds

Prepaid Orders: Your refund heads back to your original payment method within 7 days of us receiving the item.

Exchanges

Exchanges are delivered within 14 days from the time original product is received.
Each product can be exchanged only once, so choose your replacement wisely!
